California

California is the 3rd largest state in the union and one of the most diverse. The southern portion of California is warm and a good place to visit any time of year for surfing and beach going. In the northern portion of the state you can visit San Francisco and its history. Riding through California you can view the massive redwood trees, and Big Basin Redwoods State Park, California’s oldest park.

It’s possible to ride nearly year round in the southern portion of the state, and some years the same goes for the northern portion, where it might get a little cooler, but doesn’t seem much snow along the coast.
