IWest Virginia is a great place to ride through mountain and visit historic towns. There are plenty of motorcycle events to experience, as well as history. 
West Virginia has a humid climate, with hot summers, so expect to bring some bug spray if camping. The winters are cold and wet, so plan on a motorcycle trip during the summer as there is plenty to do and see.
